Our Company

Nutrition 101 is a full-service provider of food waste and byproduct solutions, serving customers across the food and beverage supply chain. Our services include food upcycling and animal feed programs, secure product destruction, landfill diversion, and nationwide collection and logistics support.

We operate with an asset-based model, combining owned equipment, transportation, and experienced teams to deliver consistent service and responsive support. This hands-on approach allows us to adapt quickly and maintain control, even as customer needs evolve.
